Kelly is executive vice president of Xerox Services Major Account Development. He was named to this position in January 2011.
Kelly is responsible for working with major accounts across the globe to leverage the full complement of Xerox services and capabilities in creating value for their business. These include companies in the financial services, insurance, technology, manufacturing and communications industries.
Kelly most recently served four years as president of Xerox's Global
Document Outsourcing North America business specializing in document and
content management, and print services. He joined Xerox as senior vice
president and chief operating officer of Global Services in 2004.
Kelly has over twenty five years of experience in the consulting,
systems integration and outsourcing industry. Prior to Xerox, he
founded and served as president and chief executive officer of Niteo
Partners Inc., a technology consulting and systems integration firm
which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Solutions. Prior to that,
Kelly spent thirteen years with Cap Gemini in key roles including
leading their Americas consulting business and managing their UK and
European operations practices.
Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from
Manhattan College and a master's degree in engineering and operations
research from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the
University of Rochester's Simon School of Business Executive Advisory
Council and Dean's Forum. He is also a Director of the New York Council
of the Navy League of the United States.
