Warrington Borough Council wanted to lower their printing costs as a way to make efficiency savings. They also wanted to help people use less colour, reduce the total amount they print, outsource fewer large jobs, and begin a journey toward digital transformation of print and mail.
Public Sector Procurement Simplifies Tender
Using the Crown Commercial Service public sector framework agreement, Warrington Borough Council went out to tender for a managed print contract. Our pricing and supporting services, including Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS), helped us win the deal.
Results Beyond Savings
Warrington Borough Council is delighted with the results it has achieved thus far with Xerox. Print costs are down. People are printing less. And with the multifunction printers (MFPs) defaulting to black-and-white, fewer colour pages are printed.
